Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the pulping area, ensuring raw material weighing, production, team leadership, and compliance with standards and plans. Key Highlights: 1. Verification of compliance with work plans and standards. • Responsible for the pulping area, ensuring accurate weighing of raw materials and manufactured product production. • Supervise and lead the pulping area team. • Raw material inventory management. • Verification of compliance with the production work plan. • Verification of compliance with the maintenance work plan. • Verification of compliance with quality standards. • Verification of compliance with the cleaning and painting work plan for areas. • Verification of compliance with the cleaning and painting work plan for equipment. • Receiving raw materials from suppliers. • Verification of compliance with the lot tracking system and first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle. • Verification of attendance and punctuality compliance of the pulping team.
