




Position Summary: Administrative support in HR, focusing on recruitment, personnel management, and events, to streamline processes and develop skills. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in personnel file administration and plant events Project Objective Streamline HR processes and procedures Challenges for the Student Develop recruitment and selection skills, starting with technical personnel. Monitor employee onboarding HR agility initiatives Main Responsibilities and Activities Personnel file administration Support in recruitment and selection processes Support in issuing payroll receipts, documents requested by employees, CCT (personnel pending email generation) Support in managing suppliers for plant events Support in arranging and delivering uniforms, inventory counting, verifying complete orders Tracking rejected bank accounts Digital support: creating invitations for plant events, forms for uniform requests and deliveries, event reminders Employee assistance Support in technological procedures (e.g., checking payroll receipts via email, CEMEX Wi-Fi) Organizing documents in files Support and organization of files and document scanning for OC preparation Support in generating reports for sending corrections and TimeBlock reports Providing monthly birthday details Managing taco party celebrations for monthly birthdays Documenting employee medical leaves Deliverables from the intern demonstrating learning outcomes Tracking of main responsibilities Required Skills, Competencies and/or Knowledge Proactive Teamwork Working under pressure Proficiency in Office software Initiative . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: between 20 and 25 years Knowledge: Decision-making, Human Resource Management, Onboarding, Microsoft Excel, Recruitment, Human Resources, Tracking Keywords: hr, resources, human, resources, hrh
