General Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Corporate Billing Specialist is the comprehensive management, issuance, and control of digital tax receipts (CFDI). This role is directly responsible for ensuring alignment among commercial operations, cash flows, and current tax regulations. Functions and Responsibilities: - Receipt Management: Issuance of income invoices, credit notes, and management of cancellations under SAT regulations. - Tax Reconciliation: Ensuring traceability between issued CFDIs and their respective Payment Receipt Complements (CRP). - Deposit Control: Identification and application of bank deposits to clear suspense items or "orphan payments". - System Administration: Intermediate operation of ERP systems (ADARA, MANIVELA, and Odoo) and the SAT portal. - Risk Mitigation: Proactive identification of discrepancies and resolution of stamping errors. - Operational Optimization: Reduction of billing backlog and improvement of response times for internal and external customers. - Reporting: Generation of account status reports and administrative controls in Excel. Required Profile and Competencies: - Education: Incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Accounting or Administration. - Experience: Solid knowledge of electronic billing processes and general accounting. - Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems, mastery of the SAT portal, and intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables and data cross-referencing).
