




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations in the automotive sector, focusing on growth, profitability, and market positioning by developing sales strategies and strengthening client relationships. We are looking for a **Commercial Manager** with solid experience in the **automotive sector**, results-oriented, and capable of driving growth, profitability, and operational positioning. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, develop, and monitor commercial operations for a sales team of more than 10 executives. * Define and implement commercial and marketing strategies to increase sales. * Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate accounts. * Develop new commercial alliances and agreements with institutions (companies, fleet operators, corporate sector). * Drive field prospecting and generation of new customers. * Manage onboarding of new national financial institutions (banks, finance companies, etc.). * Exclusively focused on new car sales (not used cars). **Requirements:** * **+5 years** leading commercial areas in the **automotive sector.** * Knowledge of automotive financing products. * Experience in new car sales (NOT used cars). * **Resident of Mérida** * University degree required. **Offer:** Base salary + commissions + work tools + benefits exceeding statutory requirements. Position type: Full-time. Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
