Executive Marketing Coordinator Universidad Tamaulipeca A.C. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team to strengthen our student recruitment and educational promotion strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the university's academic programs. Attract and enroll new students through lead generation and management of advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media. Coordinate and organize internal and external educational promotion events to showcase the university's academic programs. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance the institution's image. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure accurate dissemination of the university's messages and promotions. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles, preferably in the education sector. * Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. * Effective communication skills and strong verbal presentation ability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Creativity and innovation in developing promotional strategies. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and budget management knowledge. * Strong learning agility (proactive), organizational skills for managing multiple projects (multitasking), and attention to detail. * Ability to negotiate with vendors and clearly present performance reports. * Ability to develop and execute the company’s annual calendar of campaigns, promotions, and product launches. * Digital channel management, editorial and digital design, and event management.
