




Position Summary: Responsible for managing the control, storage, and supply of materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the Integrated Management System. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and procedures for receipt, custody, and delivery. 2. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. 3. Conducts inventory control and order dispatch. Compliance with Safety Regulations Ensure proper control, storage, and supply of materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment required for company operations, guaranteeing accurate inventory management and adherence to procedures for receipt, custody, and delivery. Ensure compliance with procedures established by the Integrated Management System (IMS), maintaining standards for quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental protection. ***Functions:*** **Receiving and Storing Goods** · Receive and verify goods according to purchase orders or delivery notes. · Verify quantities, quality, and documentation of products. · Label and place products in the warehouse according to storage standards (FIFO/LIFO as applicable). **Inventory Control** · Record product receipts and withdrawals in the system. · Perform cycle counts and support physical inventories. · Report discrepancies, damages, or anomalies detected. · Maintain up-to-date stock records. **Order Dispatch and Preparation** · Fulfill material and tool requests from various departments. · Record withdrawals and ensure traceability of delivered materials. **Compliance with Safety Regulations** · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. · Report incidents, risks, or needs. ***Job Requirements*** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma or technical degree (preferably in logistics, maintenance, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as warehouse supervisor or assistant in an industrial, construction, or heavy machinery company. * **Knowledge:** * Inventory and ledger control. * Crane spare parts, tools, and industrial consumables. * Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP. * Control of receipts/withdrawals and purchasing documents. * Basic industrial safety regulations. * **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Honesty and reliability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication with maintenance and operations teams. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative reporting. **We Offer:** · Competitive salary. · Statutory benefits. · Growth opportunities.
