High precision and attention to detail **Position: CNC Lathe Operator (Fanuc Programmer)** **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking a CNC lathe operator with proven experience in Fanuc programming, responsible for operating, programming, and adjusting CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision mechanical parts. The ideal candidate must ensure part quality, optimize production cycle times, and provide technical support to the manufacturing department. **Responsibilities:** * Fanuc CNC lathe programming (G-code) * CNC lathe setup, adjustment, and operation * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and tolerances * Manufacturing precision parts from various materials * Selection of cutting tools and machining parameters * Dimensional inspection of finished parts * Debugging and optimization of CNC programs * Basic machine maintenance * Compliance with quality and production standards **Requirements:** * Technical degree in machine tools, CNC, mechanical engineering, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CNC lathe operator * Demonstrable experience in Fanuc programming * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Proficiency with measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.) * Knowledge of materials (steels, aluminum, etc.) * Willingness to work on-site at the factory **Competencies:** * High precision and attention to detail * Responsibility * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $6,000\.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
