Mission * Administer and control distribution and market operation activities aligned with the company's internal control policies and procedures, aiming to ensure compliance with administrative processes that enhance operational efficiency and minimize associated costs. Responsibilities * Ensure all routes have fully staffed crews to properly serve all assigned customers. * Manage resources to achieve maximum benefits in sales and execution. * Administer and supervise processes related to gifts and bonuses to ensure compliance with internal audit policies. * Supervise and ensure the efficiency of services provided by the logistics area (loading, warehouse service time) and sales area (product delivery, exchange control, product rotation), aiming to maintain an appropriate service level and effectiveness to deliver proper customer service. * Supervise the performance of personnel under supervision to establish commitments and working relationships that enable improved customer service outcomes. * Supervise adherence to distribution visit sequences in coordination with Developers to maintain adequate productivity levels on each route. * Supervise and ensure the product pass-through rate per route, identify root causes, and jointly correct them with route personnel. Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Informatics and Marketing. * Sales experience (4 years) and sales administration experience (4 years).
