




Position Summary: Responsible for accounting management of revenue, costs, inventory, and expenses, with a focus on financial analysis and operational process control to optimize site performance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages accounting for revenue, costs, inventory, and plant expenses. 2. Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L financial analysis. 3. Collaborates with teams on inventory control and process improvement. Description and Details of Responsibilities * Accounting management of revenue, costs, inventory, fixed assets, and plant expenses. * Prepares final monthly, quarterly, and annual P \& L site analysis, with special emphasis on margin analysis, payment channels, manufacturing variance analysis, and control of various inventory transactions. * Analyzes and supports all monthly expense provisions for the site. * Inventory Control and Monitoring: Works closely with warehouse and manufacturing teams to control all inventory processes and movements, including customer returns, MRB, and scrap transactions. * Monitors, records, and reports all non-standard activities, including engineering and special sales-related charges. * Works with management team to improve site control processes and ensures accounting records align with and help re-enforce all control points. * Creates and fosters cross-functional collaboration across all operational functions. * Works with account managers to control all excess and obsolete materials. * Weekly accounting reporting of all operational activities, including metrics for site performance versus site forecast. * Understands service commitments acquired for each customer. * Meets regularly with staff to review progress against objectives established with each organizational function. * Works closely with the finance department to monitor operations. * Maintains open communication with the quality department to document observations, feedback, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement ideas. Experience and Requirements **1\.** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering **2\.** English proficiency: 90% **3\.** Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role **4\.** Personnel management experience **5\.** Results-oriented **6\.** Proactive and dynamic **7\.** Knowledge in areas such as material planning, production, procurement, logistics, quality, machinery and equipment, and human resources.
