Location: Parque Nelson 3, Mexicali Schedule: Shift-based role 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Track deliveries and manage delivery appointments Communicate with all departments involved in the customer process Conduct systematic system reviews regarding inventory and timing Logistics event recording Fulfill control tower assignment requirements Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries Monitor unloading processes Ship materials destined for crossdock Who We Are Looking For: Completed high school education Intermediate Excel skills (reports, pivot tables, basic formulas, VLOOKUP) 1 year of experience in a control tower role Experience in customer service and interaction with carriers ERP system experience We Offer: $17,700 – $18,700 gross monthly salary 10% food vouchers Above-average year-end bonus 13% savings fund contribution Optional savings account IMSS, life insurance, and SGMMayores coverage Biweekly payroll and direct employment At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
