Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Engineer with experience in predictive maintenance and knowledge of various techniques and equipment, responsible for supervising operations and managing the budget. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute and supervise predictive maintenance activities. 2. Perform specialized analysis using various predictive techniques. 3. Manage the departmental budget and provide technical support. Description and details of responsibilities * Execute predictive maintenance activities according to the annual plan, ensuring timely and proper completion. * Supervise all installation, repair, and maintenance operations. * Meet established plant metrics and KPIs. * Perform specialized analyses: thermography, oil analysis, vibration analysis, liquid penetrant testing, motor insulation testing, projection welding, process instrumentation. * General knowledge and practical experience with complex equipment (mechanical, electrical, automation, industrial air conditioning and refrigeration, compressed air, electrical power, lathes, robotics, pneumatic mechanics, reading mechanical and electrical drawings and diagrams) is required. * Prepare and present weekly and monthly predictive maintenance results reports. * Generate and track work orders arising from findings in predictive analyses. * Manage and maintain the lubrication room in optimal condition, including inventory control. * Promote organizational culture and condition-based maintenance, supporting training initiatives. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, good safety, health and environmental practices, and safe and proper use of tools. * Responsible for planning the departmental budget (personnel, supplies, equipment purchases) and managing expenses to meet or exceed financial objectives. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance. * Provide technical support to production processes and quality control. Experience and Requirements * Completed degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Intermediate proficiency in office software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in executing work plans and balancing workloads. * Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings. * Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, oil analysis). * Teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving skills. * Intermediate English proficiency.
