Multifunctional collaboration for risk mitigation Description and details of responsibilities * Achieve daily production and quality targets. * Enhance production efficiency by optimizing processes, reducing cycle times and defects. * Ensure process compliance in the assigned area through effective monitoring and control. * Equip the production line with necessary tools and resources. * Standardize work processes with detailed instructions and procedures. * Improve training effectiveness using visual aids and hands-on experience. * Develop a skilled workforce through comprehensive training. * Optimize production flow through efficient layout design. * + Maintain process stability through continuous monitoring and adjustment. * Proactively prevent and mitigate issues in the assigned production areas (Quality, Press, Washing, and Assembly). * Ability to produce clear documentation: meeting minutes, reports, schedules, and executive presentations. * Identify risks, coordinate and execute response and mitigation plans with the multifunctional team to avoid process delays. * Keep designated organizational levels informed through reports, presentations, and periodic status updates. Experience and Requirements * Recent graduate in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Experience not required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Intermediate English level: able to communicate effectively within one’s area and provide clear explanations and arguments.
