Hybrid work with flexibility. **Job Description:** We are looking for a part-time **freelance** Content Creator. **Responsibilities:** * Visit real estate projects located between Cholul and Conkal to shoot social media content. * Perform basic video editing (cutting and splicing videos). * Proactively create content by understanding social media trends as applied to real estate projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field. * Hybrid arrangement: some days shooting on-site, others editing from home. * Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation. * Familiarity with file parameters and dimensions required for social media platforms. * Photographic eye to discern high-quality shots. * Proficiency with a video editor that allows watermark-free export (Adobe Premiere preferred). * Ability to work in an organized, orderly manner with attention to detail. * Personal vehicle for transportation. * Availability for part-time mornings (approximately 9 AM \- 1 PM).
