




Job Summary: This role focuses on strategic sales planning, management of sales teams, supplier negotiations, and development of customer relationships—aiming to identify new business opportunities and ensure market competitiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Developing sales strategies to boost revenue. 2. Negotiating with suppliers to enhance competitiveness. 3. Actively seeking new business opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare daily sales launch by reviewing internal information (e.g., sales forecasts, departmental KPIs, inventory levels, product arrivals) and external information (e.g., competitors’ pricing, new products) to implement the optimal commercial strategy for the territory. 2. Organize sales representatives’ travel schedules by planning their client visits according to assigned routes and customer priority, while informing staff of target objectives and commercial terms to offer (e.g., promotions, supporting products, pricing strategies), aiming to maximize zone sales. 3. Negotiate improved commercial terms with suppliers, pursuing volume-based agreements for obtaining free bags, thereby enhancing our market competitiveness. 4. Visit active customers to evaluate service delivery by staff, address customer needs and demands, and improve overall satisfaction—fostering high-quality, sustainable business relationships. 5. Participate in identifying new business opportunities by researching new business openings within the territory and supporting sales staff in prospecting clients, with the goal of increasing sales and Sahuayo’s market share. 6. Execute customer reactivation: review company historical records, negotiate revised commercial terms, and complete the administrative reactivation process to maintain market presence and leadership. 7. Report monthly operational KPIs and metrics results to the branch manager, preparing a periodic progress report to keep stakeholders informed and support branch-level decision-making.
