




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate production operations, ensuring product quality, process compliance, personnel safety, and continuous improvement of the area. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the team and promote collaborative work to achieve objectives. 2. Ensure quality and safety compliance in production processes. 3. Implement and evaluate continuous improvement plans in the area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure raw materials are delivered on time and as scheduled. * Supervise that powder and liquid mixtures are released by the Quality Department during the first hour of the shift. * Verify attendance lists on production lines. * Responsible for leading the team and promoting teamwork to achieve objectives. * Supervise that production line startup occurs on time and as scheduled. * Supervise operators’ execution of the process and completion of the shift’s production order. * Verify that personnel correctly wear personal protective equipment while performing their duties. * Review proper completion of the production order to ensure recording of personnel who worked, quantities produced, losses, working time, number of machine stoppages, and their causes. * Supervise and follow up on reprocessing activities to ensure compliance with quality parameters, and notify Quality Control personnel to verify and re-release the material. * Complete manufacturing-related forms to verify compliance with process control points for both manufacturing and finished products. * Implement, promote, and monitor adherence to the 5S methodology in the work area before, during, and after each shift. * Develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans within the area. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Line balancing, time and motion studies, leadership of operational activities Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, supervisor, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, production, produce, fabrication, manufacturing, elaboration, making, manufacturing, production
