Teamwork, organization, and attention to detail Crear Hogares del Sureste, a construction company dedicated to developing residential and urbanization projects, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Construction and Concrete Division, responsible for supporting documentation management, site control, and general project administration. Main Responsibilities: Support the control and tracking of work orders, reports, and construction progress. Prepare and file administrative documents, quotations, contracts, and purchase requisitions. Coordinate communication among technical departments, suppliers, and administration. Receive concrete purchase requisitions from site managers. Schedule, adjust, modify, and/or cancel concrete deliveries. Support administrative procedures, prepare subcontractor agreements, scanning, and photocopying. Requirements: Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (Technical or Civil Engineering degree preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in construction. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work effectively in teams, organize tasks, and pay attention to detail. We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
