Customer Service We will train you. **Job Requirements** * Passion for sales. * Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills. * Verifiable experience in customer service; recommendation letter preferred. * Organization of workstation and time management to maintain efficiency. * Effective communication with other team members. * Flexibility to adapt to changing service and café operational needs. * Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. * Proficiency in restaurant order management software. **Job Responsibilities** * Sale of food and beverages, ensuring optimal service to guests. * Proper use of software for order entry and customer service tracking. * Appropriate handling and cash reconciliation of petty cash to ensure accurate branch expense and sales records. * Assistance in maintaining service inventory, reporting when restocking of ingredients and supplies is needed. * Cleaning and hygiene across all work areas. * Effective communication of any service-related needs or issues concerning guests. **Work Schedule** Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts with one weekday off) * 7:00 AM–3:00 PM * 3:00 PM–11:00 PM On-site employment, full-time shift.
