**Objective:**
Ensure inventory accuracy, document control, and operational support for the CEDIS, guaranteeing timely and reliable processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
**1\. Inventory Control**
* Record merchandise receipts and shipments in real time.
* Conduct physical counts.
* Manage inventory by location and lot (FIFO/FEFO).
* Report discrepancies and adjustments.
**2\. Document Control**
* Safeguard shipping manifests, transfer documents, write-offs, and supporting vouchers.
* Maintain an updated digital backup.
**3\. Route Support**
* Prepare outbound documentation and validate loading.
* Verify returns and assist with route closure in the system.
**4\. Losses and Non-Conforming Products**
* Record losses and their causes.
* Manage the damaged goods area.
**5\. Administrative Support**
* Update daily KPIs.
* Maintain administrative order and a collaborative attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 25 years of age
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field
Personnel management experience
Flexible working hours availability
Inventory management knowledge
Salary: $10,500.00 per month
