JOB OFFER \- COLLECTIONS MANAGER We are looking for a Collections Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of delinquent customers and ensuring recovery of outstanding payments. Requirements: * Prior experience handling motorcycles. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure. Responsibilities: * Track overdue payments and contact customers to agree on payment solutions. * Negotiate payment terms and establish effective payment agreements. * Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure regularization of their debts. * Update customer information and maintain accurate records of transactions. * Conduct risk analysis and assess customer solvency. * Provide performance reports and portfolio collection analysis.
