Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the property's infrastructure, facilities, and equipment, as well as maintenance plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the availability of the property's infrastructure and equipment. 2. Guarantee the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 3. Maintain the proper functioning of facilities and civil works. Responsibilities: * Ensure the availability of the property's infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with conservation, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans and programs. * Maintain the availability and proper functioning of all civil works, as well as preserve their functional and physical conditions. * Maintain the availability and functionality of facilities and equipment that ensure the proper operation of the CFRS\-P infrastructure. Requirements: Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automation, Computer Systems, or a related field.
