As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and supervising our collection processes, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and administer the collection portfolio, tracking overdue payments and overseeing the proper application of received payments. * Effectively and professionally contact delinquent customers, utilizing negotiation and persuasion strategies to reach payment agreements. * Investigate and resolve payment-related disputes and issues, maintaining clear and concise communication with customers and relevant internal departments. * Accurately and promptly maintain and update collection records using our collection management system. * Regularly report collection portfolio progress and results to the supervisor or manager in charge. Requirements: * Experience in customer service and motorcycle handling. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
