Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and extroverted coffee ambassador to provide sensory guidance to customers and ensure high-quality extractions at a specialty coffee bar. Key Highlights: 1. Positive attitude and extroverted personality to connect with customers **JOB MISSION:** To serve as an ambassador of high-quality coffee at a specialty coffee bar and guide visitors sensorially through the available coffee offerings, consistently maintaining a positive attitude and extroverted personality that fosters customer connection. Additionally, to calibrate espresso and brew coffees daily to ensure correct extractions that deliver maximum cup expression of the coffees we serve. **JOB PROFILE:** * Passion and appreciation for coffee * Strong sense of responsibility * Excellent service attitude * Culinary orientation * Hospitality * Effective communication * Creativity and innovation * Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand bar environment * Problem and conflict resolution * Results-oriented mindset * Organization * Hygienic food handling **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation before, during, and after each shift * Responsible for all major and minor bar equipment and ensuring their proper operation * Calibrate coffees in hoppers for espresso and coffees for brew bar * Opening and closing checklists * Inventory management and preparation of purchase requisitions * Deep cleaning of the bar * Execute bar service according to incoming orders * Hygienic food handling and product rotation (FIFO system) * Prepare items for bar service * Provide support to the sales floor whenever required to ensure smooth workflow and guarantee customer satisfaction * Promote sales of selected coffees available for sale at the bar Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,205.00 - $2,520.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Cafeteria service Application Question(s): * What is your primary motivation for performing well at a coffee bar? * Why would you like to join our team? * What would you contribute upon joining the company? * Why should we select you for this position?
