Position Summary: A professional who ensures the effective implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality (MEQ) strategy, strengthens information systems, and generates analyses to support evidence-based decision-making. Manages and coordinates Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality (MEQ) strategies. **Contract Duration:** *12 months* #### **Position Mission** The position aims to ensure the effective implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality (MEQ) and Strategic Information strategy within the organization. This includes developing and tracking indicators, strengthening information systems, ensuring data quality, and generating analyses and reports that facilitate evidence-based decision-making. Additionally, the position will closely collaborate with clinical and operational teams to design, implement, and standardize monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring their appropriateness to the organizational context and promoting the continuous improvement of programs and projects. #### **Responsibilities** **MEQ\-IEI Area Management and Coordination (20%)** * Monitor the area’s work plan, ensuring achievement of objectives and appropriate task distribution. * Coordinate and support the technical team (M\&E, data analysis, information systems), including professional development and administrative processes. * Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments (clinical, operational, grants and partnerships). * Manage resources for strategic activities such as publications, reports, and conferences. **Development and Implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Processes (20%)** * Identify gaps in MEQ processes and develop action plans for improvement. * Design and/or review logical frameworks, objectives, indicators (KPIs), and data collection tools. * Standardize organizational monitoring, evaluation, and quality processes. * Develop and update manuals, guidelines, and technical documentation. * Maintain the institutional indicator glossary up to date. **Development and Improvement of Data Collection Systems (20%)** * Jointly assess existing data collection applications and processes with clinical teams and Boston’s SIS team. * Design and implement improvement strategies to optimize data collection, management, and use. * Coordinate organizational-level implementation of such strategies. * Collaborate on maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of data collection platforms. **Data Management, Analysis, and Quality (20%)** * Execute and/or coordinate data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis processes. * Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability. * Design and manage dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or others). * Train teams on data usage, interpretation, and utilization. **Research, Evaluation, and Reporting (10%)** * Lead or support the development of evaluation and research protocols. * Monitor data analysis from organizational evaluations and specific projects. * Support the development of indicators and reports for donors and partners. * Ensure monitoring of grant indicators and promote using results for continuous improvement.
