Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to lead projects from concept to delivery, managing budgets and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end leadership of architectural projects. 2. Development and presentation of conceptual and executive projects. 3. Comprehensive budget control and personnel management. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Official degree and professional license required) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience with construction and design software (AUTOCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, Archicad, etc.) * Experience managing personnel \* * **Responsibilities** * Identify and understand client needs * Prepare preliminary project budgets * Develop conceptual project (preliminary design) and present it to the client * Implement adjustments to the preliminary design requested by the client and/or operational departments * Develop comprehensive executive project documentation * Project delivery * Project schedule * Budget, expense, and payment tracking and control for the project. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $6,000\.00 \- $6,500\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
