Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and project management software. **Job Objective** Coordinate and manage the development of high-impact architectural and urban executive projects, ensuring proper technical integration and timely and accurate delivery of construction drawings. **Education** * Architect or Civil Engineer **Required Experience** * 6 years of professional experience in executing and coordinating industrial and commercial executive projects. * Ensure timely and proper issuance, control, and release of construction drawings. * Coordination of engineering disciplines and specialties (structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.), ensuring technical compatibility. * Required knowledge of construction processes and current regulations. **Mandatory Software** * LEAN CONSTRUCTION / BIM * Advanced AutoCAD * Revit / BIM * SketchUp / Lumion * Project management software (MS Project) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $8,500.00 - $9,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
