Continuous training. **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **Job Description:** Provide timely and appropriate technical support to customers for the proper functioning of software and hardware used at their service station, via telephone, remote, on-site, and/or at our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Assist Technical Support with remote installation tasks at service stations, including system modules, components, and/or functionalities. * Perform remote software updates at service stations. * Accurately capture detailed information for each case and document all related information in the Technical Support CRM, clearly indicating the case status and support method (telephone, remote, on-site, electronic, etc.). * Document and record information for tickets to be escalated to the next level. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Networks, communication protocols, and interfaces. * Microsoft platform. * Database management. * SQL Server, NT 4.0, Windows, ASP.net, Postgre SQL, CRM, ERP. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in IT or related field. * Knowledge of networks, communication protocols and interfaces, and Microsoft Office 365. * Proficiency in operating a standard vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training.
