You are invited to join our outstanding team as: **"Data Manager"** **WE OFFER:** * **An additional 15-day bonus (aguinaldo)** * **Vacation bonus exceeding statutory requirements** * **Savings fund (Caja de ahorro)** * **Funeral expense coverage** * **Life insurance** * **Major medical expense insurance** * **Utility vehicle, fuel, and maintenance** * **Fonacot loan program** * **Dental services** * **Ongoing training** * **50% discount on shipments** * **Three paid days off during Holy Week** **DESCRIPTION:** Lead the strategy for managing, administering, and governing information stored across various technological platforms, as well as developing new data models to support strategic decision-making within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle strategy—from data generation, backup, and exposure—to support business decision-making. * Manage execution and continuity of analytics and data science projects. * Ensure information integrity, availability, and confidentiality through information governance and architecture management and maintenance. * Ensure proper handling of database backups, restoration, and upgrades; determine and monitor storage capacity, security, and performance. * Generate and maintain technical documentation for data structures (metadata and relationships among data objects). * Monitor and plan DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) protocols for various databases. **SCHEDULE** 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM \- 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM Saturdays: half-day **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Five years of experience in a similar role, including personnel management. * Extensive and mandatory experience with Oracle Database 12c (ADG, RAC, TDE, etc.). * Experience in information modeling using machine learning techniques. * Proficiency in MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS). * Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, and Cassandra. * Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, etc. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
