At **Nexgen Systems**, we are seeking a **Junior Graphic Designer** to join our design team and support the company’s daily graphic production. The candidate will be responsible for creating assets for social media, printed materials, brand presentations, and visual content—adhering strictly to the established corporate identity guidelines. This position is ideal for someone with solid foundations in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe tools, and strong attention to detail—who wishes to grow professionally within a creative and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Social media design**: Create graphic assets for posts, stories, banners, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). * **Printed materials**: Design brochures, flyers, posters, corporate stationery, and other print-ready materials—ensuring technical specifications are met (CMYK, bleed, resolution). * **Commercial presentations**: Support the development of client-facing presentations, proposals, and internal materials with professional, on-brand design. * **Format adaptation**: Adapt and resize graphic assets to multiple formats while fully respecting the brand identity manual. * **Vendor coordination**: Track production with printing houses and external vendors, verifying quality and delivery timelines. * **File organization**: Maintain an organized repository of graphic resources, templates, fonts, and design department files. * **Guideline compliance**: Ensure all deliverables comply with the brand identity manual and established quality standards. **Skills / Knowledge** * **Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop** — **MANDATORY**. * Familiarity with **Figma or Canva** (preferred). * Basic knowledge of **ElevenLabs** (preferred). * Understanding of **brand identity** and application of graphic guidelines. * Mastery of **grid systems, typography, and color theory**. * **Preparation of print-ready files** (CMYK, bleed, file packaging). * Knowledge of **formats and specifications** for social media design. * **Attention to detail** and ability to maintain visual consistency. * Ability to **manage multiple projects simultaneously** and meet tight deadlines. * **Openness to feedback** and willingness to iterate on designs. * **Clear communication** with marketing, sales, and management teams. **Requirements (Mandatory)** * **Technical degree or bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (graduated or intern). * **1–2 years of experience** in similar roles (including internships and freelance work). * **Portfolio required**, showcasing completed work samples. * Demonstrable proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop**. * Availability to work **on-site** in Tres Ríos. * Age between **18 and 29 years** (requirement of the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” program). **Requirements (Preferred / Plus)** * Experience designing for technology companies or B2B service providers. * Knowledge of **Adobe InDesign** for editorial layout. * Experience in designing **high-impact corporate presentations**. * Knowledge of **motion graphics** or basic animation (After Effects). * Familiarity with **UI/UX design** or digital interfaces. * Experience with **project management tools** (Trello, Asana, Monday). **Benefits**: * Free uniforms * Ongoing design training * Opportunities for career advancement within the company * Creative and collaborative work environment **Selection Process**: * CV and portfolio review * Interview with Human Resources * Technical design test * Final interview with the department lead **Ideal Profile**: We seek a creative, organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
