PAINT COLOR MATCHER IN MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN. REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in the paint industry, preparing precise paint mixtures, and possessing an exceptionally keen eye for color identification. Meticulous attention to detail and solid technical knowledge of various types of paints and varnishes. Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a proactive and positive attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and mix paints, dyes, lacquers, and varnishes to match colors according to customer specifications or company standards. * Conduct application tests on samples and adjust the mixture until the desired color is achieved. * Identify tonal differences and correct them through formulation adjustments. * Apply samples onto different surface types (wood, steel, plastic) to verify finish consistency. * Perform various other duties at the branch location.
