Address and resolve client questions with strong customer service The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and follow\-up, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the debt reduction process. **Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Provide high\-quality service and personalized follow\-up to assigned clients. * **Case Management:** Manage and monitor client cases throughout the debt reduction process. * **Documentation:** Keep client records and documentation updated in the system. * **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve client questions regarding their debt reduction process. * **Follow\-up:** Maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their cases. **Requirements:** * **English:** Native\-level proficiency.
