Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Technician I, Skilled Trades, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of various equipment and systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform basic repairs, and follow safety protocols. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and systems. * Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues. * Perform basic repairs and adjustments on machinery. * Order and maintain inventory of required parts and supplies. * Always follow established safety protocols and regulations. * Collaborate on the installation of new equipment. * Document and report any problems or malfunctions. * Conduct tests and inspections to ensure equipment is operating correctly. * Provide support to other technicians as needed. * Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance. * Keep accurate records of all work performed. * Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and workshops. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or substantial work experience. * Works within established procedures with moderate supervision. * Has 2–3 years of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Accountability Business Acumen Advocating for Guest Needs Self-Development Impact Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
