Job Summary:
Coordinate, supervise, and improve production processes by training personnel and managing operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination of production process startups and adjustments
2. Supervision and management of personnel in production operations
3. Implementation of improvements and quality management (FSSC 22000)
**EDUCATION:** Industrial Engineering or related field
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Coordinate machine startups and process adjustments jointly.
* Train newly hired personnel.
* Supervise personnel operations during the production process.
* Prepare daily production reports.
* Calculate production indicators and report to the Production Manager.
* Coordinate material supply and scrap handling.
* Propose and implement improvements in production processes and areas.
* Verify product and color changes with assigned personnel.
* Manage personnel administration (leave requests, absences, overtime, etc.) jointly with the Production Manager.
* Verify implementation and improvement of the company's quality management system / FSSC 22000; attend all scheduled company training activities (meetings, drills).
**EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS:**
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies (plastics), personnel management, food safety, planning, and problem-solving.
Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month
