DE C.V. is seeking Help Desk personnel in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology Services, we invite you to join our team! **Position Name: Help Desk Operator** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm** **Responsibilities and/or Activities** * Assist users reporting ICT-related incidents or requests via the various contact channels available to the service desk. * Receive, analyze, and triage user-reported events and service issues through designated channels, with the goal of rapidly restoring affected services. * Provide first-level resolution for the maximum number of user-reported incidents/requests using documented support materials and work instructions stored in service desk repositories Salary: $12,000 MXN (net).
