




Position Summary: Supports the Human Resources Coordinator in comprehensive personnel management, from recruitment and hiring to payroll administration and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recruitment and personnel selection 2. Management of documentation and hiring processes 3. Employee payroll clarification support and follow-up FOOD INDUSTRY COMPANY REQUIRES: **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** DURATION: 6 MONTHS RESPONSIBILITIES: I. Support proper recruitment and selection of candidates to fill vacancies according to the company’s hiring system. II. Assist in the correct hiring process and documentation. III. Support the Coordinator in recording or submitting payroll incidents to Payroll Mexico. IV. Ensure proper requisition of the private medical service form and supervise expenses related to this item. V. Timely submission, filing, and custody of payroll receipts. VI. Support the department Coordinator in the proper preparation and follow-up of electronic payroll card issuance requests. VII. Ensure handling of reference information requests for former employees. VIII. Address and follow up on clarifications regarding payroll deposit discrepancies affecting employees. IX. Ensure proper publication of various announcements in widely circulated newspapers. Reject candidates who do not meet the organization’s established requirements.
