Position Summary: Ensure field work quality, coordinate technical staff, and serve as a liaison between the team and management to achieve objectives. Key Highlights: 1. POSITION MISSION Ensure quality in field work performed by company technicians, coordinating the efforts of assigned personnel to achieve established objectives. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Ensure that crews under supervision perform construction work according to specifications and with required quality. Ensure that crews meet daily productivity requirements to achieve established objectives. Serve as a liaison between technical staff and management to ensure effective communication within the department. Convey management directives to supervised personnel, and relay technicians’ feedback—including complaints, suggestions, ideas, etc.—to management. Receive construction projects generated within the department from the Construction Manager and assign them to technicians for execution, while providing appropriate follow-up to ensure timely and proper completion. Supervise assigned technicians, verifying proper job performance and correcting any deviations. Support assigned technicians when they encounter problems or difficult situations, facilitating prompt resolution. Prepare necessary reports on activities conducted within the construction area. Receive activity reports from technicians and consolidate them to ensure timely and proper execution of work. Compile all construction activity reports to ensure alignment between reported activities and actual work performed. Verify that assigned technicians have appropriate equipment to perform their jobs under optimal conditions.
