




Job Summary: Responsible for safeguarding and managing materials and equipment while maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness to ensure timely supply. Key Highlights: 1. Safeguard and manage company materials, equipment, and resources, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness to facilitate efficient receipt and dispatch of items for timely supply to company systems and work crews. Deliver and receive materials and equipment to and from work crews, as well as Customer Installation Sites (CIS), in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure necessary materials and equipment are supplied promptly. Visit CIS according to the scheduled visit calendar to supply equipment and collect returns. Receive, count, and verify materials and equipment delivered by suppliers or transferred from other warehouses, following procedures and instructions from the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate receipt and system registration. Unload received materials in the warehouse per instructions from the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Clerk, ensuring material integrity, personal safety, and colleagues' safety for subsequent registration, storage, and safeguarding. Prepare materials and equipment per company procedures for various shipments and transfer requests. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, as well as material and equipment identification within the warehouse according to layout and Warehouse Manager’s instructions, to ensure material and equipment integrity and safe, correct warehouse operation. Conduct monthly, annual, or ad-hoc physical inventory counts as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy. Perform scheduled or on-demand physical inventory audits of work crews per current policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy. Deliver and receive requested materials efficiently and orderly via work orders or crew requisitions to minimize turnaround time. Support recording warehouse movements in systems to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform equipment burning, software loading, testing, and cleaning per company procedures to ensure required equipment is available for system operations. Record equipment movements in the equipment module and assign corresponding status codes to keep the database up to date. Assemble equipment kits—either in boxes or bags—per procedures and using required personal protective equipment (PPE) for distribution to CIS and home service crews. Inspect, clean, and prepare remote controls per current procedures and policies to maximize reuse. Fabricate jumpers per instructions from the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Clerk to maintain system-required inventory.
