Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in this role. Goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in **ODOO.** **\-Main Responsibilities:** Managing various platforms and/or social media to post job openings; managing platform for application submission and review of psychometric tests. Personnel administration (position changes and payroll incidents). Administrative procedures. Managing payroll for over 500 employees. Reconciling payroll with accounting records. Supporting internal and external payroll-related audits. Organizing institutional events. Assigning and distributing payroll cards. Vacation tracking. Responsible for accurately and timely managing, calculating, and processing employee salaries, wages, benefits, and tax obligations. \-**Knowledge and Skills:** Proficiency in ODOO preferred. Psychometric testing expertise. Federal Labor Law. IMSS Law. Proficiency in SIROC, SISUB, ICSOE. Calculation of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements.
