**Purpose of the Role:**
Providing professional service to assigned wealth management clients, with a thorough understanding of the fundamentals and methodology of financial planning to ensure the success of the segment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Attracting and acquiring new wealth management clients.
* Conducting in-depth financial reviews for portfolio clients and prospects.
* Using established financial review tools and recommending solutions based on the results obtained.
* Managing an average portfolio between MXN 500 million and MXN 700 million.
* Growing the client portfolio in value (AUM) and profitability (TOI).
* Collaborating synergistically and communicating effectively with peers, Premier Executives, and HSBC colleagues.
* Designing strategies to enhance the diversification of the portfolio under management.
* Identifying client needs and recommending suitable product solutions.
* Retaining and growing existing clients and acquiring new clients through referrals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Economics or Administration).
* Master’s degree preferred.
* Two years of experience in the Wealth Management sector.
* Experience managing portfolios of wealth management segment clients.
* AMIB Level 3 certification (Mandatory requirement).
* Knowledge of financial markets, financial products, macroeconomics, etc.
* Effective communication skills.
