Responsibility for personnel management and control in production. **CARBEL GROUP**, a pharmaceutical company, is seeking your talent as **Packaging Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Technical degree, Industrial Engineer, or certified Chemist * Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM, rotating shifts every 4 months * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Work Location: El Salto Industrial Zone** **1–2 years of experience in:** **EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Good Documentation Practices (GDP) * Pharmacovigilance * Safety and hygiene regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the pharmaceutical industry * Dress code and conduct standards for non-aseptic areas **Knowledge of:** * Production and primary packaging processes for pharmaceuticals * Control of operations and manufacturing processes * Process optimization and continuous improvement * Manufacturing of oral solids and powders: wet and dry granulation, tablets, coated tablets, compressed tablets, hard gelatin capsules, powders for reconstitution * Packaging of: powders, capsules, tablets, and/or compressed tablets * Primary Packaging * Office software proficiency * Personnel management and supervision **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork * Initiative * Creativity / Innovation * Planning and organization * Compliance with regulations * Effective communication **We Offer:** * Salary: $22,000.00 MXN (gross monthly) * 9 paid leave days (your birthday, May 10, Holy Thursday and Good Friday, October 12, November 1 and 2, December 24 and 31) * 26-day Christmas bonus * 13 vacation days after completing the first year * 26% vacation premium * Transportation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
