Quality control and resolution of technical issues. * Staff Supervision: Coordinate and supervise team work, ensuring all members fulfill their tasks and maintain a safe working environment. * Planning and Organization: Establish a work plan, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow to maximize productivity. * Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machines and tools are in good condition by scheduling preventive maintenance and necessary repairs. * Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards through inspections and testing. * Staff Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to the team to improve skills and workplace safety. * Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical or production issues that may arise during daily operations. * Reporting and Documentation: Maintain production records, working hours, incidents, and any other relevant information.
