Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and train personnel to ensure productivity, quality control, equipment maintenance, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of teams to optimize productivity. 2. Ensuring equipment maintenance and quality control. 3. Ongoing training and resolution of technical issues. * Personnel Supervision: Coordinate and supervise team work to ensure all members fulfill their tasks and maintain a safe working environment. * Planning and Organization: Establish a work plan, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow to maximize productivity. * Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machines and tools are in good condition by organizing preventive maintenance and necessary repairs. * Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards through inspections and testing. * Personnel Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing team training to improve skills and workplace safety. * Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical or production issues arising during daily operations. * Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of production, working hours, incidents, and any other relevant information.
