Resolve conflicts and maintain team control under pressure. ### **Job Profile: Shift Supervisor** **Department:** Operations / Logistics **Position:** Shift Supervisor **Reports to:** Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager ### **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate operational activities during the assigned shift, ensuring **goal achievement, productivity, quality, and personnel discipline**, as well as proper process execution. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise operational staff during the shift (attendance, performance, and discipline). * Ensure compliance with **operational KPIs** (productivity, timeliness, quality). * Coordinate proper execution of daily activities. * Report incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests, accidents). * Verify that staff have necessary tools and equipment. * Enforce safety and hygiene guidelines. * Monitor shift indicators and reports. * Support staff training and feedback. * Maintain constant communication with HR and administrative departments. ### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Productivity target achievement * Absenteeism rate * Staff turnover * Operational incidents * Timeliness compliance ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) * Experience: 1–2 years supervising staff * Knowledge of operations/logistics (preferred) * Basic Excel and reporting skills * Availability to rotate shifts ### **Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Decision-making * Working under pressure * Conflict resolution * Organization ### **Conditions** * On-site work * Rotating shifts (day / night) * Supervision of operational staff ### **✅ Ideal Candidate** A proactive individual with firm yet empathetic character, results-oriented, and capable of **maintaining team control during operational pressure situations**.
