Support Human Resources initiatives and staff services Position Objective Develop and implement internal communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture, ensure effective information dissemination to administrative and operational staff, and support Human Resources initiatives and staff services. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Design, or a related field * Experience in internal communication, human resources, or related areas * Proficiency in image, video, and audio production and editing * Proficiency in multimedia design and editing tools * Knowledge of internal communication networks and channels * Strong communication and writing skills * Ability to organize and track activities * Creativity and attention to detail * Availability for continuous interaction with operational and administrative staff **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and distribute internal announcements for administrative and operational staff. * Manage internal communication channels such as digital displays, notices, emails, and internal networks. * Conduct floor-level communication to ensure clear information delivery to operational staff. * Design and execute internal campaigns related to organizational culture, safety, well-being, and HR programs. * Create and edit institutional visual and multimedia content, including images, presentations, photographs, videos, and audio. * Support the organization and promotion of internal events and team-building activities. * Monitor and follow up on organizational climate and culture initiatives. * Communicate organizational changes, policies, and internal programs. * Support the promotion and monitoring of staff services such as transportation, cafeteria, and benefits. * Provide support to Human Resources in communication activities and employee engagement. Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $27,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
