We are seeking our new **NURSE**
**What skills and experience do you need?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with official degree and professional license (MANDATORY)
* Minimum experience in occupational health
* Knowledge of implementing the STPS regulatory framework (NOM-030)
* Residency near the location
* Personal vehicle required
**What responsibilities will you have?**
* Participate in scheduled activities.
* Participate in compliance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM-030-STPS-2009.
* Perform recordkeeping, reporting, form completion, communications, and occupational health advisory services.
* Participate in safety and hygiene activities aimed at preventing occupational accidents and diseases.
* Monitor implementation and compliance with emergency health response plans.
* Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel.
* Develop, implement, and monitor medical surveillance programs.
* Manage and administer the medical clinic (medication and supply inventories, furniture and equipment,
* Hazardous Biological-Infectious Waste (RPBI), logs).
* Administer clinical records in accordance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012, Clinical Records.
* Conduct and interpret assessments for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometry and spirometry).
* Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions.
* Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations.
* Issue permits for high-risk tasks.
* Implement and monitor compliance with the wellness program.
