We are seeking our new **TUM** **What skills and experience must you have?** * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with official degree and professional license (MANDATORY) * Minimum experience in occupational health * Knowledge of implementing the regulatory framework of the Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (NOM\-030\) * Residence near the area * Personal vehicle required **What responsibilities will you perform?** * Participate in scheduled activities. * Participate in compliance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM\-030\-STPS\-2009\. * Carry out records, reports, forms, communications, and advisory services in occupational health. * Participate in safety and hygiene activities assigned to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. * Monitor implementation and compliance with emergency health response plans. * Track and manage occupationally exposed personnel. * Develop, implement, and monitor Medical Surveillance Programs. * Administer and manage the medical clinic (medication inventories, supplies, furniture, and equipment, * Hazardous Biological\-Infectious Waste (RPBI), logs). * Manage clinical records according to the Official Mexican Standard NOM\-004\-SSA3\-2012, Clinical Record. * Conduct and interpret examinations for occupationally exposed personnel (audiometries and spirometries). * Coordinate campaigns with public and private institutions. * Issue fitness-for-duty recommendations. * Issue and process permits for high-risk work activities. * Implement and monitor compliance with the Wellness Program. **What do we offer you—and why join us?** * Gross monthly salary $16,848\.00 * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers $1013\.00 per month * Gasoline vouchers $3000 per month * Courses and training with academic credit value * Uniform with annual renewal * Overtime pay **What schedule will you follow?** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hours, and Saturday, 08:00 to 13:00 hours **Where will you work?** Ceballos, Mapimí, Durango **Does this plan appeal to you?
