Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team, responsible for payroll processing and management for various companies, as well as calculating severance payments and settlements. Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and management of various benefits We seek your talent to join our team as: **Payroll Analyst** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 4 years of experience **in payroll** * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client advisory services * Receipt, analysis, and system entry of payroll incidents in the payroll system. * Processing of weekly, biweekly, assimilated professional fees, and special payrolls (e.g., year-end bonus, profit-sharing distribution, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across diverse industries. * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. * Management and analysis of various benefits such as cafeteria service, food vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (including understanding their integration into salary and taxable components for ISR) * Generation and control of payroll accumulations. * Payroll payment administration. * Administration of food voucher payments via electronic wallet. * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Calculation of variables for bimonthly SBC. * Submission of affiliation movements to IMSS, handling of IDSE. * Handling of SUA. * Infonavit loan withholdings, reconciliations, and download of notices. * Determination of payroll-related taxes. * Fonacot deduction control. * Annual ISR adjustment. * Onboarding process for new clients in payroll outsourcing service (payroll system configuration, payroll migrations).
