Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Executive with experience in processing diverse payroll runs, calculating severance payments, and managing payroll-related taxes and affiliation movements. We invite you to join our team as: **Payroll Executive** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 4 years of experience **in payroll**. * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA**. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client advisory services. * Receipt, analysis, and system entry of payroll incidents. * Processing of weekly, biweekly, assimilated professional fees, and special payroll runs (e.g., year-end bonus, PTU, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across various industries. * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. * Management and analysis of various benefits such as cafeteria services, food vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (including understanding their integration into salary and taxable components for ISR). * Generation and control of payroll accumulations. * Payroll payment management. * Electronic wallet-based food voucher disbursement management. * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Calculation of variables for bimonthly SBC. * Submission of affiliation movements to IMSS; IDSE system management. * SUA system management. * INFONAVIT loan withholdings, reconciliations, and notice downloads. * Determination of payroll-related taxes. * FONACOT deduction control. * Annual ISR adjustment. * Onboarding process for new clients under payroll outsourcing services (e.g., payroll configuration in the system, payroll migrations). WE OFFER: * Monthly income of $18,000, negotiable based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Food vouchers. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month.
