




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage comprehensive payroll processing, customer support, and administration of government platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer support and resolution of inquiries regarding payments and pay slips We invite you to join our team as: **Payroll Assistant** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience managing payroll for at least 250 employees** * Knowledge of IMSS, LFT, LISR, Fonacot, Infonavit * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA is mandatory** * Intermediate\-advanced Excel * Contpaq proficiency preferred WE OFFER: * Monthly gross income of $18,000, negotiable based on experience. * Base salary with 100% IMSS contribution * 10% punctuality and attendance bonus * Food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday **What would your main responsibilities be?** * Customer support regarding payroll matters and submission of requested reports. * Resolve inquiries about payments, payroll slips, and earnings. * Handle clarifications and requests such as employer letters or certificates. * Client onboarding process for payroll outsourcing services (payroll system configuration, payroll migrations). * Record payroll incidents including absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, disabilities (including IMSS ST\-7 and ST\-2), and maternity/paternity leave. * Administration of government platforms such as IDSE and SUA * Receipt of payroll incidents, analysis, and system entry into the payroll system. * Processing of weekly, biweekly, assimilated professional fees, and special payroll runs (year-end bonus, profit-sharing distribution, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across diverse industries. * Calculation of severance and settlement payments. * Management and analysis of various benefits including cafeteria services, food vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (understanding their inclusion in salary and taxable components for ISR) * Generation and control of payroll accumulations. * Management of electronic food voucher disbursements. * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Calculation of variables for bimonthly SBC. * Submission of affiliation transactions to IMSS, IDSE management. * Infonavit loan deductions, reconciliations, and download of notices. * Determination of payroll taxes. * Control of Fonacot deductions * Annual ISR adjustment Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Have you submitted affiliation transactions via the IDSE portal? * What do you verify during a reconciliation to determine employer\-employee contributions? * What is the maximum number of employees you have managed in a single payroll?
