Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operation, maintenance, and support of the hospital's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity and data confidentiality. Technical support and monitoring of critical systems The Systems Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and support of the hospital's technological infrastructure, guaranteeing the operational continuity of the information systems supporting both medical and administrative activities. Collaborates in managing networks, servers, and data backups, ensuring data availability, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with current health regulations. Additionally, contributes to monitoring the hospital's critical systems, promptly addressing any failures that may affect service operations. The position requires availability to respond to incidents outside regular working hours, as well as the ability to work under pressure in an environment where technological continuity is fundamental to patient care. Academic Qualifications * Technical diploma or completed bachelor's degree in: o Computer Systems o Information Technologies o Computer Science or related field Technical Knowledge * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, Linux) * Network management (LAN, WAN, structured cabling, basic switch and router configuration) * End-user technical support (hardware and software) * Basic server administration * Data backup management (backups) * Knowledge of cybersecurity (antivirus, access control) * Experience with hospital information systems (desirable) Skills * Customer service orientation and courteous demeanor * Problem-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and incident tracking * Effective communication Availability * Flexible scheduling (shifts, weekends, or on-call duties) * Availability to respond to technical emergencies Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
