This combination creates an environment where ideas develop faster, accountability is real, and impact is visible. **Role Description** * Final assembly quality technician * Value stream management * Monitoring of quality metrics * Continuous improvement * Preparation and presentation of Pareto charts to management **Responsibilities** * Organization and discipline in information handling * Monitoring of quality inspector performance * Tiered audits * 5S audits * Ensuring product quality * Respect for and adherence to quality systems **Experience** * Blueprint reading * Flow diagrams * Control plans * PFMEA * Problem solving * 8D * Ishikawa diagrams * 5 Whys * Advanced Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook * Basic English * Verbal and negotiation skills * Experience in harness manufacturing industry * Knowledge of IATF standard * Ability to present information to managers and/or customers * Organization and discipline in information handling * Verbal skills **WHY JOIN US?** * Grow with purpose.
